You can now connect Airtable directly to your workflows — making it easy to create, update, and sync records without needing webhooks.
What’s New
Triggers (from Airtable → Platform):
- New Record – Fires when a new record is added to a table.
- Updated Record – Fires when an existing record is updated.
Actions (from Platform→ Airtable):
- Create Record – Add a new row in an Airtable table.
- Update Record – Modify fields of an existing record.
- Find Record – Search for a record by ID, email, or other criteria.
- Delete Record – Remove a record from Airtable.
Why This Matters
This gives accounts a native way to:
- Keep Airtable synced with Platform leads, contacts, and campaigns.
- Automate project and client data updates without third-party tools.
Example Use Cases
Internal Notifications
- A new record is created in Airtable → Platform sends an internal email or Slack notification to the project manager.
Lead Syncing
- A Facebook Lead Ad is submitted → Platform checks Airtable.
- If the lead exists → record is updated.
- If not → a new record is created.
AI Content Generation
- A new “Content Brief” record is added to Airtable.
- Platform sends it to GPT for caption generation.
- A new ClickUp task is automatically created with the AI output.
How to Connect
- In Workflows, search for “Airtable.”
- Select a trigger or action → click Connect Now.
- Log in with your Airtable API key or OAuth.
- Or connect first via Settings → Integrations → Airtable.

Notes & Details
- Polling Interval: Airtable triggers check for new/updated records every 5 minutes.
- Works with free Airtable accounts (though advanced Airtable features like larger limits and complex workspaces may require paid plans).
