Easier process to add 2FA for Client Portal branded app

Overview:
We’re introducing a self-serve (DIY) 2FA admin-addition flow that replaces the high-touch “Book Your 2FA slot” requirement for accounts. This update reduces onboarding friction, speeds up activation, and still keeps Account Specialists in the loop for trust, guidance, and escalation.
What’s new
  • New onboarding step & modal: Brief explainer of why adding your Account Specialist matters (security, support), with the pre-filled email.
  • Added video walkthroughs in the flow to guide customers step by step on how to add their Account Specialist as an admin on Apple and Google developer accounts.
  • Enhanced the branded app builder steps for easier navigation and helpful CTAs and FAQ support doc links.
