Modified on Mon, 6 Jul at 4:00 AM

Summary of the Release
The platform now notifies contacts when an account admin shares a file with them through the Client Portal.
Contacts receive real-time notifications across the
Client Portal and White Label mobile app, ensuring they never miss newly shared documents. Contacts can also manage these notifications through their Client Portal notification preferences.

  • Available Across Platforms

 Why This Feature?
Businesses frequently share contracts, invoices, onboarding documents, and other important files with clients through the Client Portal. Previously, clients had no automatic notification that a new document had been shared.
With file share notifications, clients are immediately informed when new files become available, improving visibility, reducing missed communications, and creating a more seamless client experience.
