Mobile App - Multi-Location Incoming Calls

Modified on Fri, 17 Oct at 1:27 AM

Introducing
Multi-Location Incoming Calls
for the mobile app, built for teams who work across multiple accounts (locations) and can’t afford to miss a lead. Until now, if you were logged into one account, calls to your other accounts wouldn’t reach you, which meant delayed responses, missed opportunities, and juggling logins during busy days.
With Multi-Location Incoming Calls, you can opt in to receive calls from
up to 10 locations
on your phone, no matter which account you’re currently using. The incoming call screen clearly shows
which location
the call is for, and you can
switch to that location on the spot
to take notes, update records, and keep workflows moving, all without losing the call.
What’s New
  • Multi-Location Ringing (Opt-In):
     Receive calls from
    up to 10 selected locations
on your mobile app, regardless of your active account.
  • Location Badge on Call Screen:
     Instantly see the
    originating location
     for every incoming call.
  • On-Call Location Switching:
     One tap to
    switch into the correct location
during the call for quick context and CRM actions.
  • Fewer Missed Leads:
Stay reachable for priority lines across locations without constant app switching.
  • Per-User Control:
Each user chooses which locations can ring their device.
How It Works
Enable Multi-Location Ringing (Mobile)
  1. Go to
    Settings → Calls/Voice
     in the mobile app.
  2. Turn on
    Multi-Location Incoming Calls
    .
  3. Select up to 10 locations
you want to receive calls from (you must be a member of these locations).
  4. That’s it, when a call comes in to any selected location, your phone will ring even if you’re active in a different account.
  5. On the
    incoming call screen
    , you’ll see the
    location name
    . Tap
    Switch Location
(during the call) to jump into that location to access contacts, notes, pipelines, and other CRM actions.
  6. After the call, complete
    call logging and follow-ups
     in the correct location context.
Why It Matters
When you’re covering multiple books of business, shared numbers, regional teams, or rotating on-call schedules,
context and responsiveness
are everything. Multi-Location Incoming Calls removes the friction of switching accounts just to catch a ring. You stay reachable, you respond faster, and every call lands in the
right CRM workspace
 with the
right actions
ready to go.
Fewer missed calls, less context switching, and smoother handoffs, so leads don’t slip and customers aren’t left waiting.
