Improved Cancellation Flow with Product-Specific Reasons

What’s New
We’ve introduced product-specific cancellation reasons for the 
Client Portal (Branded App)
to enhance visibility into user churn drivers and improve retention insights.
New cancellation reasons include:
  • Unable to create Apple/Google developer accounts
  • Too complicated or time-consuming to set up
  • Lack of key features needed
  • Faced technical issues or bugs
  • Poor support service experience
  • Clients are not using the app
  • Did not understand how to use the app effectively
  • Business priorities changed
  • Found an alternative solution
  • Too expensive for current needs
Also we introduced stability improvements and UI refinements in the cancellation modal for smoother handling and reporting.
