WhatsApp & Text Message Contact Options for GBP

We’ve added a new way to help your clients stay connected with customers — directly from their Google Business Profile (GBP).
What’s New?
You can now add 
WhatsApp and Text Message contact options
to a GBP listing — giving businesses more ways to be reachable by customers who prefer messaging over calls.
Where to Find It
  • Navigate to: 
    Reputation → GBP Optimization
  • Scroll just below the 
    Phone Number field
  • You’ll now see fields for 
    Text Message and WhatsApp
Heads-up:
 If both fields are filled, 
Text Message will take priority
as the contact method shown on the GBP listing.
