Require Contact Details Before Starting Live Chat

We’ve improved how conversations begin in the Live Chat widget to ensure smoother communication and cleaner contact data.
What’s New?
Previously, enabling “Contact Form” only displayed the form, but users could still type in the message box without submitting it. Now:
  1. Visitors who already have an open chat jump straight back in without re-entering details.
  2. If the previous chat was ended or deleted, the form re-appears for a fresh conversation.
  3. Sessions pick up seamlessly after page refreshes, so no messages are lost.
